Kids Yoga

Kids are naturally physically and mentally flexible. But as they grow into adults, it is easy to loose that flexibility little by little. Give kids the lesson of a lifetime by aiding them in genuinely building awareness of self with yoga. Also, I should mention, it is ridiculously fun too.
